1. Who we are

Yes We Fulfill (“YWF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Canadian company that provides print-on-demand footwear fulfillment to established Shopify brands and B2B partners. These Terms cover this marketing website only.

2. Scope of this agreement

These Terms govern the public marketing site. They do not govern the YWF partner platform, the YWF Hub, our Shopify app, or any fulfillment services.

Access to and use of those services is covered by the separate service agreement applicable to your partnership type:

• Direct B2B partners — governed by the Partner Service Agreement executed at the time of onboarding.
• Shopify partners — governed by the YWF Shopify app terms accepted during installation, in addition to Shopify’s own platform terms.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter into a service contract, a binding price quote, or a commitment to provide fulfillment services on any particular terms. The YWF partner program is invitation-only, and onboarding is at our discretion.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photography, video, product imagery, page layouts, and software — is the property of Yes We Fulfill or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from this website solely for your own informational, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.

IN NO EVENT SHALL YWF’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of this website are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Yes We Fulfill is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that province, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
